Comfortable bed, convenient location, quiet room overlooking green courtyard, excellent staff and guides, attentive to our desires and budget.
Cannot find any fault.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Excellent location in walking distance from metro, bus stop, Vatican, other city attractions. Good value for money.
Due to location at the street crossing the hotel is rather noisy.

During our romantic escape, we loved how close the hotel was to all of the key attractions. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see, which was a huge plus. The room was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a comfortable bed and air conditioning.
The bathroom. It was quite small and cramped, making it a bit challenging to get ready in the mornings.

Had a great Xmas break, the location was perfect, close to Vatican and other key attractions. The hotel offered a private garden which made us feel like we lived like the locals. The rooms were spacious and very clean.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing. We were promised breakfast in the room but it only consisted of some biscuits and little snacks, which was never replenished.

Our stay was a dream come true! We couldn't have asked for a better location as everything was within walking distance, and even the cruise port was a quick ride away. The metro was also very close. The room was comfortable with a sparkling clean bathroom, and the service was impeccable. We were provided with city maps and helpful advice. The breakfast was a treat, with the convenience of eating in or at the nearby cafe. We were also impressed with the facilities, including air conditioning and ample towels.
The noise level was a bit higher than we had hoped for.

Hotell staff was friendly. Entrance is nice and backyard is lovely especially as it is in the center of the city.
The hotel is actual apartment but divided into several rooms. The bathroom is sort of private but not in the room. Room facing the street is very noisy at night. Rooms are not clean. Cafe staff ( where breakfast is served) is not friendly.

This hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect - I could easily walk to everything, and it was also very close to the metro station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with tips on where to go and what to see. I also was impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

We liked the location. It's 5 minute walk to the ottaviano train station. The Vatican walls are a few blocks away. The owner Francesca arranged a shuttle service for us round trip and it picked us up and dropped us off right in front of the place. The driver was at the airport waiting there with a sign. I think the price for both the place and shuttle were reasonable.
The rooms are tight but doable. We weren't in our rooms a lot so this didn't matter. It would be nice to have shampoo, soap, and small towels for freahening up. I suggest bringing your own.
